Thank you for your support of CMHA’s Ride Don’t Hide event!
The 2017 Ride Don’t Hide event raised $1.6M for essential mental health programs and initiatives across Canada. This could not have happened without the support of thousands of Canadians who participated from coast to coast. Through their efforts, in their communities and workplaces, they helped raise awareness about mental health and the need to eliminate the stigma of mental illness.
For 2018, we need your help in Regina to reach our local fundraising goal of $75,000! Fundraise online by creating an online account when you register as an individual or as part of a team. Personalize the account with your story and picture and share it with your friends, family, co-workers, and social media contacts to ask them to join you on your ride, donate to your ride, or simply to bring awareness to the cause and help eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness. You can also request an offline pledge sheet and return forms and pledges at package pickup dates prior to the ride.
