CMHA Windsor/Essex

Since 1971 the Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch (CMHA-WECB) has been a leader in providing mental health services in this community. We are committed to enhancing and promoting the mental health of all persons and supporting the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness in our community through education, prevention, advocacy and services. In addition to providing a variety of mental health services, CMHA-WECB is committed to community development, mental health awareness and addressing the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Donation Information Ride Don’t Hide raises awareness and funds that make a significant impact in our community. Your donation enables us to continue this essential work in our community. Funds raised in Windsor-Essex stay in this community to support the Bereavement program, Client Assistance Fund and Mental Health Promotion & Education.

8:45am                 Rules of the Road, Announcements & Pre-Ride stretches
9:00am                 10K and 20K riders depart
10:30am               Post-Ride wrap-up, complimentary massages, entertainment, lunch and prizes
