Thank you for your support of CMHA’s Ride Don’t Hide event.

RDH-Web-Banner_IGIn 2017, Ride Don’t Hide raised $1.6M to support the resiliency and recovery of individuals experiencing mental illness. This could not have happened without the support of thousands of Canadians who participated from Newfoundland and Labrador to British Columbia. They cycled in plain sight to put an end to the stigma of mental illness. They rode to raise funds for mental health programs and services in their communities.

Be a Part of Something Bigger – join Ride Don’t Hide on June 24th, 2018.

When we hide, mental health stays hidden. When we ride, we create change. This year, on June 24, ride in plain sight. Ride Don’t Hide. It’s more than the name of the event. It’s also the reason we’re riding. Be part of something bigger.
