Breaking the Stigma Around Mental Illness


Ride Don’t Hide – Help break the stigma of mental illness and support Mental Health by registering for this year’s ride on June 25, 2017. It is a family event! Mental Health for All  

ABOUT OUR RIDE: This is a family friendly ride and is suitable for all riders. We start at Centennial Park on the Westsyde, ride along the Thompson River out to Riverside Park, and end back at Centennial Park. Enjoy this very scenic, beautiful, and flat trail. Stay for guest speakers, shared stories of hope, a BBQ, and music once our ride is complete.

  • Family friendly ride 5km, 10km, 23km great for all ages
  • 8:00 – 9:00am – T-shirt pickup
  • 7:30 – 9:00 Not too late to register for our ride on the day
  • 9:00-9:30 – Welcome program
  • 9:30 – Ride begins with – 23km, 10km, and 5km
  • We all meet back at the Centennial Park for our BBQ, Music, draw prizes, and guest speakers
