The Greater Vancouver Ride starts and finishes with celebration activities at Swangard Stadium, Central Park 3883 Imperial Street, Burnaby (south east corner of Kingsway and Boundary). The ride has four different routes (click on distance to see routes):
It is suitable for riders of all ages and all skill levels. All the routes start in Burnaby, travel through the streets of Vancouver and Richmond(60KM and 100KM) and return back to Burnaby.
Celebrating Canadian Mental Health Association 100th Anniversary - you can also select to do 5KM Run/Walk. A beautiful trail inside Central Park.
Your registration fee includes: A 2018 special edition Ride Don’t Hide t-shirt (technical material), breakfast goodies, lunch, and post ride activities.
Regular registration for adults & youth (13 to 17) $45.
Children 12 and under: no registration fee.
17 and under must ride or walk with an adult on June 24th, 2018
100KM riders registration fee is $75. This route is accompany by RCMP, VPD, Vancouver Fire Department Rescue Vehicle and support riders. 100KM riders must raise minimum $500, be able to ride in a group, and maintain a 25km riding speed per hour.
6:30am – 100km ride begins
7:00am – Event site opens
8:00am – 60km ride begins
9:30am – 10km and 20km rides begin
9:30am – 5km run/walk begins (new)
10:30am – On-site activities (Lunch, entertainment, children’s activities and community resources)
11:30am – Special announcements and speeches
