Thank you for showing your support for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Ride Don’t Hide event in your community. Below is a selection of sample social media messages to let your friends and family know that you are proud to participate in Ride Don’t Hide.

Other things you might want to share could include:

  • An open message to any friends or family who may be struggling with their mental health
  • Why supporting your local CMHA is important to you

  • A photo sharing why you’re riding with one of our selfie cards
