- What is Ride Don’t Hide?
Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with the goal of creating awareness about the stigma surrounding mental illness. The event will take place in over 35 communities across Canada and aims to raise over $1,500,000 to support programs and services that strengthen and support mental health for all.
